GURPS -> TNE
STR(TNE)=STR(GURPS)/2
AGI(TNE)=DEX(GURPS)/2
CON(TNE)=HTH(GURPS)/2
INT is 1 if not sentinel
INT is 2 if a neural-net
INT(TNE)=INT(GURPS)/2

CHA (CHARISMA)

All Robots that aint humanlike start with Charisma 1, which are the lowest a robot can have in Charisma
All Robots that look like a human but can be distingueshed as a robot start with Charisma at 2
All Robots that look exactly like a human on a photography gets Charisma at 3
