H&K Mk23 Mod 0 Offensive handgun Weapon System (OHWS):
Designed for use by the USSOCOM (U.S. Special Operations Command),
the OHWS features two characteristics that make it unique among combat
handguns: the OHWS is fitted with a sound-suppressor (Range 12, Blk 1 without
suppresor) that attaches to the end of the barrel (for rules on
sound-suppressors/silencers, see MERC:2000 or
E-Mail Chris.).
Second, the OHWS is equipped with a laser-aiming module which adds 5
to range when firing (similar to the +15 bonus of using a telescopic sight.)
