Charachter Generation
The Homeguard takes in their ranks all that have done Basic Training (3 months) from Navy, Airforce or Army.For Game purpose if you don't want to make a all Armed Forces Charecter,
Use Basic Training as Secondery Skill for a full period.
The Homeguard however prefeers those who has done full service.
For every term, you replace Secondary skills with Homeguard Secondery Skills
A clarification will be needed also for the Homeguard:
In the term of homeguardsman (and woman), for game purpose all kind of volontary
service in the homguard type of duty (Female drivers organisation,
Volontary Motorcycle corps, etc). The number of armed homeguradsmen are roughly 10%
