P-51 Turbo-Mustang COIN

As war rages on there are some alternative ways of producing war equipment,
from 1st of April 2000 there was some small production of P-51D's on the
near the eastcoast of the USA. Manufacturing was made by a wartimeemergency-
factory, using whatever resources and equipment of use. They have access to
tools representing 3.75 machineshops, and have 347 people involved in
gathering and converting scrapmetal and production.
