Ballista - The Heavy Weapon of the Wassoon's

History: 
The Wassoon's don't primarly depend on crossbows, but the stationary ballista 
is the Wassoon's way to defend their city. The entire weapon is a upgraded 
crossbow and the pic resembles of that weapon. The ammuntion is primarly 61 
arrows per shoot so it is counted as a prehistoric shotgun. Due to it is so 
cumbersome it is only found in few numbers in the Wassoon city itself, since 
the poachers started to raid the wassoon.

The poachers soon learned that the Wassoon Ballista is a dangerous weapon.

  Medium Range : 1D10 on a 1-2 = 1D6 hits, on a 3-6 = 1 hit
  Long Range   : 1D10 on a 1-3 = 1 hit
